MarketONE Partner Features

This release includes the following new general Partner features:

SFTP Secure Transfer of Charge Files

External Billing (Pay-On-Bill) Charge Injection Files can now be securely transferred from MarketONE to a service provider (SP) secure area via Secure FTP (SFTP). In case of soft errors from charging, MarketONE will retry the transactions sent by SP back in set error file format. Error file will include the transactions and soft error codes for every transaction that fails. These error codes can be configured in MarketONE.

In cases of corrupt files of checksum errors or incorrect file format, errors will be generated and monitored by the MarketONE operational team and the correct files will be provided.

Account Synchronization for Cancelled Billing Account

MarketONE supports the synchronization of changes from billing accounts from the SP Billing Systems. Files can be transferred in a set format to convey changes for or cancellation to a given billing account.

Performance Improvements Tech Debt Reduction in Service Provider (SP) Microservices
