MarketONE
MarketONE is a SaaS-based, multi-tenant modular platform that is API-driven and runs on AWS. It empowers communications service providers (CSPs) to better monetize pre-integrated over-the-top (OTT) provider services, such as content and gaming. MarketONE supports full partner lifecycle management (PLM), including pre-integrated OTTs, along with a complete set of subscription lifecycle management (SLM) and user lifecycle management (ULM) capabilities to deliver a seamless and superior customer experience.
- MarketONE Partner Management (PLM): The PLM domain provides functionality for the partnership (OTT) lifecycle. This includes OTT onboarding, OTT agreement management, OTT settlement management, OTT service provisioning for CSP managed subscriptions, and payment integration with CSPs. It also provides out-of-box reports for both OTTs and CSPs on sales, account validation, and subscription reconciliation.
- MarketONE Subscription Management (SLM): The SLM domain provides functionality for the subscription lifecycle. It manages the subscriptions the customer purchased through the OTT's or CSP's digital content store, with the offering of product catalogs, trials, premiums, bundles, discounts, and processing of currency and taxation. There are also standard reports focused on financial and business metrics, track affiliate revenue, and payments.
- MarketONE User Management (ULM): The ULM domain provides functionality for the user and identity lifecycle. With built in self-onboarding and single sign on, the user can be authenticated by ULM before they start purchasing OTT services. Through this lifecycle management the user can easily have a holistic view of all the subscriptions they have subscribed to, and can share them with their household members. In addition, the user can manage their profile, privacy, and delegation.
MarketONE Digital Store
The MarketONE platform also contains the MarketONE digital store. It is an out-of-the-box white labeled UI that contains pre-built user journeys that CSPs can integrate into their systems. It is fully integrated with the PLM, SLM, and ULM domains, and provides a frictionless end-to-end experience for the user as they journey through the partnership, the user and identity, and the subscription lifecycles.
