Overview

This topic contains instructions on how to add a settlement model.

Instructions

To add a settlement model, perform the following steps:

1. Click Settlement Models under the PARTNER RELATIONS space in the navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Add Model on the upper right portion of the UI.
   
   
   
   
3. When the Add Settlement Model window appears, fill in the fields. The sections marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
   
   
   Use the information in the following table to help you fill in the fields.
   
   

   Field Name	Action	Required	Value Description
   Under Model Details
   Settlement Model Name	Type the Name for the Settlement Model.	Mandatory	The value can contain characters (A-Z,a-z,0-9,space,special character !@#$%^&*-()") ‘space’ as first character will be illegal.
   Product Category	The Product Category for which the settlement will be valid. The values will be configuration driven.	Mandatory	Cloud Services Commerce Connectivity Content Devises
   Model	Select the Model Type from the drop-down list.	Mandatory	Cost: The CSP pays the partner a fixed amount for each subscription. For example: $2.00 per subscription. Revenue Share: The CSP pays the partner a percentage of the charged amount. For example: 75% per subscription.
   Model Type	Choose the Model Type from the drop-down list.	Mandatory	Flat: Flat across all settlement models.
   Currency	Choose the Country from the drop-down list	Mandatory	Choose this when you select Cost in the Model drop-down list.
   Revenue Share Type	Choose the Revenue Share Type from the drop-down list.	Mandatory	Higher of Retail and Open Market Price: Use the higher price of the two for settlements. Lower of Retail and Open Market Price: Use the lower price of the two for settlements. Open Market Price: This is the price offered by the OTT in the open market, as advertised on their website/app. Use this option for settlements. Retail Price: This is the price offered by the CSP to its customers for a specific OTT service. Use this option for settlements.
   Under Price Plan
   Start Date	The date from which the provided fixed amount/percentage price plan will be valid.	Mandatory
   End Date	The date the provided fixed amount/percentage price plan will be expired.	Mandatory
   Fixed Amount	The Fixed Amount.	Mandatory	A positive number (it can be equal to '0').
   Percentage	The Percentage.	Mandatory	A positive number (within the range of 100%).



4. When you are finished filling in the details of the settlement model you want to add, click Save. The settlement model that you just added will appear in the list of settlement models in the Settlement Models section.
