Logging into MarketONE CARE

To log into the PLM CARE space, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Partner Lifecycle Management Log In page.
2. Log in as a Care Agent by entering your Email Address and your Password in the fields provided.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Log In.

Accessing MarketONE CARE

To access MarketONE CARE, perform the following step:

1. Click the PLM CARE space link in the navigation menu.
   
   
   
   The PLM Care section appears on the screen.
   
   
   
   Note: The Care Agent only has access to the PLM CARE space. To access the ADMIN and the PARTNER RELATIONS spaces in the MarketONE Admin UI, log in with the appropriate user credentials.

Logging out of MarketONE CARE

To log out of MarketONE CARE, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Care Agent drop-down menu on the upper right portion of the UI.
2. Select the Log out option from the drop-down menu.
