Overview

It is expected that the backend system is able to support response times of less than 300ms for every request being initiated by MarketONE.

MarketONE will make up to 5 retries with the backend API. If the backend BSS does not respond within the response time criteria, MarketONE will allow retry after 3 minutes with a maximum number of 5 retries.

Note: Based on incoming traffic, MarketONE has a peak traffic of 500 TPS. The system will accept no more than 500 transactions in a given second from the communications service provider (CSP) system.
