Overview
The discovery of over-the-top (OTT) services is key to allowing users to identify the right services they wish to purchase, and the offers they are eligible for. The content presented to the customer has to include the metadata of the services, the artwork, and the prices associated to the offer.
Supported Capabilities
The module responsible for content management within MarketONE is the MarketONE digital store. The MarketONE digital store is coupled with a lightweight content management system (CMS) which manages all dynamic content related to offers, images, metadata, and product descriptions. The CMS not only manages version control, but also the publishing of the content and the metadata across different channels (mobile and web).
Recommended Experience
As part of the MarketONE implementation, it is recommended that the MarketONE digital store and the CMS be used to display the right content and images to the services. As an alternative, communications service providers (CSPs) can choose to use their own UI and leverage the CMS. This assumes that it can present and manage dynamic content associated to the products, and can be integrated with MarketONE.
