Overview
It is often the case that over-the-top (OTT) services may have a collection of options for a particular service which are priced differently based on certain options (for example, in the case of Netflix where, based on the number of the screens of simultaneous browsing, the pricing can range from $7.99 to $14.99).
Supported Capabilities
The recommended flow is for the user to see the minimum pricing across the product group on the homepage of the digital store (for example: “starting from $7.99”). Once the user clicks on the specific product group, the various options are shown for comparison, along with their specific pricing for the user to select.
Recommended Experience
Each of the options are configured as an individual product in the MarketONE Subscription Management (SLM) domain. The MarketONE digital store binds the applicable products into a product group so that when the specific category is selected on the UI, all the associated products and their pricing is offered to the customer.
