# Eligibility Service Use Cases and Best Practices

## Use Case Examples

* Offer tiered discounts when a customer purchases or owns multiple eligible subscriptions.
* Provide exclusive discounts to customers with specific account attributes. For example, Gold-tier members receive 50% off selected services.
* Offer introductory discounts to new customers, such as a three-month free trial or discounted access to a premium channel upon sign-up.
