# Running Reports

Commerce Engine allows you to run reports on demand as a one time report or to schedule recurring reports. From the **Run Reports** page you can select any of the Commerce Engine reports, define the display options and run them. Commerce Engine lets you generate most of the reports from its reporting data engine - Reports 1.0.

| **Reports 1.0** data engine | Provides the data you need in the reports up to near real-time. Reports data is displayed in UTC time zone. Reports 1.0 lets you select which display columns to include in the report. Report generation typically lasts several hours. |

| To run Commerce Engine Reports: | |

1. Select **Insights** > **Run Reports**

   The Reports list page appears.

2. Select the report you'd like to run. Reports are allocated into report groups based on their data:

   * Subscription Reports
   * Transaction Reports
   * Account Reports
   * Performance Reports
   * Admin Reports

3. Select the data engine to generate the report - **Reports 1.0**.

4. Click the **Report Name** link or the Report's **Run** button.

   A report dialog box appears.

5. Define the report display parameters and whether the report is a recurring scheduled one or a one time on demand report.

   **Note:**

   * For **Reports 1.0**, select the **Display Columns** you'd like to include in the report.

6. Enter an email address for notification when the report is available.

7. Click **Submit**.

   A success message displays on the successful submission of the report.

8. Go to the My Reports page to view the reports when available.
