# Reseller (Service Provider) Key Entities

## Overview

The following table lists and describes the key MarketONE Reseller (Service Provider) entities:

| Term | Description |

| Account | The Account is the end customer account which is referenced in the back-end BSS system. The Account holds the terms of a relationship for the Merchant services that has been entitled to a customer. |
| Admin | The Admin is the specific individual associated with the organization and will be in charge of creating and maintaining the partnerships and agreements on behalf of the organization. |
| Agreement | The Agreement is the official contract between a Reseller and a partnered Merchant organization that defines the terms of the settlement when a customer buys a Merchant's product. |
| Entitlement | The Entitlement entity defines the goods or services to which a customer is entitled, as obtained through a subscription. |
| Organization | The Organization is the business group (or sub-entity), which can be either the Reseller (Service Provider) or Merchant. |
| Partnership | The Partnership consists of a Reseller (Service Provider) and a Merchant that agree to do business together in MarketONE. |
| Product | The Product is an entity that is associated with the Merchant organization. It defines the product that is available for the Reseller to monetize. For example: ESPN +. |
| Product Group | The Product Group is an entity that contains one or more products from the Merchant. A product group is like a family of products. The products share some general characteristics while also having specific descriptions and attributes. Product groups enable customers to switch between products without canceling one product and activating another (for example, upgrading or downgrading). |
| Settlement | The Settlement entity is associated to the organization and defines the settlement model of an agreement (e.g. revenue share or fixed amount), and the price plan (i.e. flat fee or percentage). |
| Transaction | The Transaction entity relates to the payment request that can be initiated either by the digital Merchant in the case of statement billing, or the back-end billing system of the Reseller (Service Provider) at the end of every billing cycle. |
