# Add a New User

You create a new admin user by selecting **Add User** from the **Users** page.

1. Sign in to the Admin console.

2. Select **User Management** from the left menu and then select **Users**.

3. Select **Add User** button.

4. Enter the required values:

   * **Email** - Enter the email address of the new admin user.
   * **Display Name** (Optional) - Enter the display name of the new admin user.
   * **First Name** (Optional) - Enter the first name of the new admin user.
   * **Last Name** (Optional) - Enter the last name of the new admin user.
   * **Verified Second Factor - Email** (Optional) - Enter the verified second factor email address of the new admin user.

5. Click **Create User**.

Storefront Gateway creates the new user identity and sends an invitation email to the new member's email address. The new member needs to click the invitational link, and then set a password to complete the onboarding. The new member is visible on the **Users** page.
