# Technical Integration Details

When your organization onboards with Storefront Gateway, we will provision a couple of tenants to you in our cloud environments. Our cloud environments are where we store and manage digital user identities as well as subscription information. Storefront Gateway provides a suite of APIs and processes that allow your end users to onboard, authenticate, manage their profiles, purchase, and manage subscriptions and products securely.

## Capabilities Provided

* **Cloud Data Store**: All user data and other connected entities are provisioned and stored securely. Custom data fields can be added to store additional information on user entities, such as viewing history and preferences.
* **User and Commerce Engine Journeys**: Storefront Gateway captures CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) events on entities, which are utilized for business intelligence purposes.
* **REST API Library**:
  * **Multi-Step Processes**: Patented processes execute streamlined user flows, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
  * **Single-Step APIs**: Perform simple CRUD operations on Storefront Gateway data entities with standard REST APIs.
* **Developer Sandbox**: A non-production environment where you can create applications, test integrations, and ensure everything functions correctly before moving to production.
* **Production Environment**: The live environment where your applications and services are hosted, providing a seamless experience to your end users.
* **Admin Console**: Manage settings, configure your tenant, and register OIDC Relying Parties (RP) for Single Sign-On (SSO).
* **Care Console**: Look up users, review history, and perform actions on behalf of customers, ensuring effective user support and management.
