Each merchant will have their own S3 bucket and analytics data will be organized by its type (custom data, tracing data, and entity data). * In the **Care console**’s **User Activity** page, customer service representatives, also known as Care agents can look up and review a selected user history of interactions with the Storefront Gateway IdP service in real-time. This history is populated with data from the UXDR User History pipeline.
