# Active Account Subscription Tiers Report

The Active Account Subscription Tiers Report helps Resellers (Service Providers) understand how many customer accounts had active subscriptions during a given monthly reporting period, grouped by subscription count.

This report shows the number of accounts with:

* One active subscription
* Two active subscriptions
* Three active subscriptions

  …and so on, up to seven or more active subscriptions.

Both **[Platform-managed](g_platformManagedFlow)** and **[Merchant-managed](g_partnerManagedFlow)** subscriptions are included in the count. In this context, a **tier** refers to the number of active subscriptions.

The criteria for counting active subscriptions vary depending on whether the product lifecycle is Platform-managed or Merchant-managed.

In each product lifecycle, Partner Ecosystem Management counts subscriptions with the following conditions as active:

* **Platform-Managed**
  * The subscription's billing status is **Active**
  * The subscription was activated and then canceled in the same month
  * The subscription has already been paused or is paused in the reporting month

* **Merchant-Managed**
  * The subscription's billing status is **Active**

    **Note:** Until the **Active** billing status is canceled, it will continue to be counted as an active subscription by Partner Ecosystem Management.

## Active Account Subscription Tiers Report File

The Active Account Subscriptions Tiers Report is a CSV file with the following naming convention: **MarketONE.Tiers.Licensing.Report\_\<DateGenerated>\_\<ResellerName>.csv** where **\<DateGenerated>** is the date the report was generated and is in the format of yyyymmddThhmmssZ.

In the first two lines of the file, the reporting period and time the file was generated are provided. The report provides data on the prior month and is processed just after the month's end.

Report data is based on UTC.

| Field Name | Format | Description |
| - | - | - |
| Tier | Alphanumeric string | Lists each tier (that is, the amount of active subscriptions): accounts with one active subscription, two active subscriptions, and so on. The last row is accounts with seven or more active subscriptions. |
| Platform Managed | Numeric string | Shows the number of Platform-managed accounts for that tier (that is, accounts with the listed amount of active subscriptions). |
| Partner Managed | Numeric string | Shows the number of Merchant-managed accounts for that tier (that is, accounts with the listed amount of active subscriptions). |
| Total Accounts | Numeric string | Shows the total number of accounts for that tier. |
