# Merchant-Managed

Merchant-Managed is one of two product lifecycles available to manage subscription services in Partner Ecosystem Management. With this product lifecycle, Merchants (OTTs) use the Reseller's (Service Provider's) billing as a payment option. Merchants sell services to customers from their own store.
