# Log in to Partner Ecosystem Management

Partner Ecosystem Management is where Reseller Admins (Service Providers) and Merchant Admins manage their Merchant work products such as agreements or products. Permissions to access areas of Partner Ecosystem Management are provided through [user roles](r_userRolesAndAbilities_r).

For first time access to the system, you receive your user login details in an [invite](userManagement) from an Amdocs Admin user or an Admin user on your team.

**Note:** If you're accessing Partner Ecosystem Management through an external IDP (identity provider), you may not receive an invite. You may have to use your existing login details from the IDP system. For more information, speak to your Partner Ecosystem Management representative.

To log in to Partner Ecosystem Management, do the following:

1. Navigate to the **Partner Ecosystem Management** **Log In** page provided to you by your organization's Admin contact person.

   The **Log In** page appears.

2. Enter the username that is associated with your account in the **Username** field and select **Log in**.

   The **Sign In** page appears.

   * If required, enter your organization name and select **Next**.

     A page appears that asks for your password.

3. Enter your password.

   * If you forget your password, click **Forgot your password?**

     The **Reset your password** page appears.

     Enter your email address and click **Send Instructions**.

     Partner Ecosystem Management sends you an email with a link to set a new password. The email includes a one-time code you need to enter to re-set your password. This one-time code is only to be used once for this instance of resetting your password.

     Select the link in the email.

     The **Set your password** page appears.

     Enter the code from your email.

     Enter your new password.

     Select **Set Password**.

     You've successfully set your password. You can now log in to Partner Ecosystem Management.

   You've successfully signed in to Partner Ecosystem Management.

4. To sign out of Partner Ecosystem Management, click your name in the top right-corner and select **Sign out**.

   You're signed out of Partner Ecosystem Management.
