> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.m1amdocs.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Manage Your Organization Profile When you edit your organization profile, you can modify the following: * Account information, including the organization's name * Business information, including countries of operation and associated industry categories * Primary contact and operational contact details, including phone number and email address * The eligible customer base, which is the total number of customers that are eligible to register for subscriptions. This allows the penetration rate to be calculated on the [Dashboard](dashboardAggregatorAbout), which is the number of active subscriptions versus the number of eligible customers. After you save your organization profile, it is visible to Merchants. 1. Click your name in the navigation bar at the top of the page. The dropdown list appears. 2. Select **Organization Profile**. The **Organization Profile** page appears with **Account Information**, **Business Information**, and **Contact Information** panes. Organization Profile 3. Edit the organization fields in each section as needed. See the tables below for more details. 4. When you're done, click **Save**. The value can contain any of the following characters:- a-z, A-Z - 0-9 - !@#\$%^&\*-() - spaces **Note:** Using a space as the first character is not allowed. | Required | | **Organization Code** | Amdocs sets this code for your organization. The code can be up to 128 characters in length. The value can contain any of the following characters:- a-z, A-Z - 0-9 This field cannot contain spaces.**Note:** This field cannot be edited. | Required | | **Organization Type** | Amdocs sets the organization type. The organization type can be either:- Reseller - Merchant **Note:** This field cannot be edited. | Required | ### Business Information | Field Name | Guidance | Required or Optional | | - | - | - | | **Company Description** | Enter the company description. The value can contain any of the following characters:- a-z, A-Z - 0-9 - !@#\$%^&\*-() - spaces Maximum amount of allowed characters is 4,000. | Optional | | **Countries of Operation** | Select one or more countries in which the company operates from the dropdown list. | Required | | **Categories** | Select one or more categories in which the company operates. The dropdown list includes various categories, such as:- Education - Entertainment - Financial - Gaming - Health and Wellness - Insurance - Mobile and Telecom - Physical Good - Security - Services - Software - Agriculture - Cloud Infrastructure - Internet Services - Manufacturing - Systems Integrations | Required | | **Website** | Enter the company's website. Enter a valid URL for your organization. An example of a valid URL is [https://www.example.com](https://www.example.com). | Required | | **Organization Logo** | Upload a logo to appear on your Organization Profile. The following image formats are supported: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .svg. The maximum file size is 10 MB. Use the crop tool if needed to adjust the image. Alternatively, you can specify a logo link (URL). The recommended size for the linked file is 192x192 pixels. | Optional | | **Target Market** | Select up to two target markets from the following list:- Business - Consumer **Note:** You can change or remove a target market at any time as long as no active products have that target market. | Required | | **Eligible Customer Base** | Enter a whole number for your eligible customer base. This value represents the total number of customers that are eligible to register for subscriptions. This allows the penetration rate to be calculated on the [Dashboard](dashboardAggregatorAbout), which is the number of active subscriptions versus the number of eligible customers.The maximum value can be 1,000,000,000. Include the country code, area code, and local segment of the phone number. For example: +1 323 658 9565. Enter an email address with an email prefix, an @ symbol, and an email domain. The operational contact is the person responsible for technical support.
