# Reports

Partner Ecosystem Management reports are an essential tool for viewing subscription results.

Partner Ecosystem Management reports help resolve differences in subscription data between organizations that use the platform.

First, you must [configure your SFTP settings, connect via SFTP](r_SFTPSettingsConfigure), and [register for reports](r_reportsRegister). Then you can [download reports](reportsDownloading) in Partner Ecosystem Management and via SFTP.

The following reports are available:

* [Daily Partner Subscription Extract](dailyPartnerSubscriptionExtractAbout): this report shows the Partner subscription changes Partner Ecosystem Management processed during the previous day. This report is for Resellers (Service Providers) using the Merchant-managed or the Platform-managed product lifecycle with external components for subscription management and billing functions.

* [Daily Subscription Extract](dailySubscriptionExtractAbout): this report shows the subscription changes Partner Ecosystem Management processed during the previous day. This report is for Resellers (Service Providers) leveraging Commerce Engine components in the Platform-managed product lifecycle.

* [Active Subscriptions License Report](activeSubscriptionsLicenseReport): a summary of Merchant-managed and Platform-managed subscriptions that were active at any time during the last month.

* [Active Account Subscription Tiers Report](activeAccountSubscriptionTiersReport): a report showing the number of accounts with subscriptions that were active at any time during the last month. The report is organized by tiers.

* [Daily Transaction Report](dailyTransactionReportAbout): a daily report with details about Merchant-managed transactions (that is, transactions for products sold from the Merchant’s digital store and billed through the Reseller).

* [Customer Validation Report](customerValidationReportAbout): a daily report that contains all successful and failed account validations for customer eligibility. This report is for Resellers (Service Providers) using the Merchant-managed product lifecycle.

* [Settlement Report](r_settlementReportAbout): this report includes total amounts owed to the Merchant based on product subscription sales. It's generated on a monthly basis.
