A certified Merchant is a Merchant organization with the green Certified icon next to the organization’s name. The Merchant has completed all integration tasks. The Merchant can activate subscriptions from approved agreements with the Reseller (Service Provider). Merchant organizations with the yellow Pending Certification icon are currently doing integration tasks. These Merchants can enter into partnerships and approve agreement requests, but until integration and certification is completed, subscriptions cannot be sold and activated.
