Target Release Date: October 28, 2026 This document outlines the features and enhancements that are candidates for the upcoming Partner Ecosystem Management release. Our goal is to provide Resellers (Service Providers) and Merchants with a clear view of our roadmap and give them time to prepare for the features they desire. Note that the information provided in this document is subject to change and may not be exhaustive.

Features and Enhancements

Prevention of Duplicate Active Product Subscriptions

In the upcoming release, Partner Ecosystem Management will enforce one non-cancelled merchant subscription for the same product within each Reseller and Merchant relationship. The handling of a duplicate request remains subject to final design confirmation. This will help Resellers (Service Providers) prevent duplicate active subscriptions and reduce the support and reconciliation effort caused by repeated subscription requests.

Lifecycle Routing for Commerce-Managed and Reseller-Managed Subscriptions

Planned for release 2026.10, Partner Ecosystem Management will distinguish subscriptions managed by MarketONE Commerce from subscriptions whose commercial lifecycle is managed directly by the Reseller. Lifecycle operations will follow the appropriate management path when both subscription models coexist for the same Reseller (Service Provider). This will reduce routing errors across activation, cancellation, pause, resume, and product-change operations in mixed deployment models.

Account Lifecycle Events for PLM-Only Deployments

In the upcoming release, account lifecycle events will update the related merchant subscriptions in PLM-only deployments. Termination, suspension, and resumption events will drive the corresponding cancellation, pause, and resume actions for subscriptions associated with the account. This will help Resellers (Service Providers) keep account and subscription states aligned without relying on a separate commerce lifecycle system.
