The Partner Ecosystem Management Dashboard provides Aggregators (Service Providers) with high-level activity data and performance KPI results about agreements, partnerships, account performance, Partner-Managed subscriptions, Platform-Managed subscriptions, and newly onboarded Partners (OTTs). On the Dashboard, Aggregators (Service Providers) can:
  • Improve productivity overall by quickly viewing activity on the platform
  • Stay informed about partnership and agreement activity
  • Review subscription performance from partnerships, including activations, cancellations (churn), activation rate, and penetration rate based on their eligible customer base
  • Examine trends over time on the graphs for Partner-managed and Platform-managed subscriptions
  • See newly onboarded Partners they don’t have a partnership with
