The Partner Ecosystem Management’s User Interface (UI) and Integration Layer components are functionally part of the Partner Ecosystem Management platform. The Partner Ecosystem Management User Interface (UI) consists of a Reseller (Service Provider) view and a Merchant view. Resellers and Merchants can use the User Interface to:
  • Manage configuration settings
  • Manage team members
  • Discover Merchants (Resellers only)
  • Manage partnerships
  • Manage products and product groups (Merchants only)
  • Manage agreements and settlements (Resellers only)
  • Download reports
In turn, the Integration Layer component contains two sets of integrations: integrations to the Merchant, and integrations to the Reseller (Service Provider) or the operator downstream back end. Some of these back-end systems will be components of the Partner Ecosystem Management platform, while others may not be since they may choose to use a different identity system and a different billing platform.
