Business Information

Storefront Gateway team needs some data points about your organization in order to provision your demo tenant in the system. Requested business information contains the name of your organization, website, address, country of operation, and other relevant information as required.

Use Case Checklist

Storefront Gateway delivers, out of the box, some key business use cases and capabilities. Your organization is able to fulfill each use case when you integrate your application(s) with Storefront Gateway REST APIs and API-driven Processes. Some of the key use cases or capabilities are:
  • Onboarding
  • Authentication
  • Profile Management
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Account Association
  • Privacy and Consent Management
  • Level of Assurance
  • Commerce Gateway
Certain administrative capabilities are provided through the Storefront Gateway Admin console and Storefront Gateway Care console that your employees such as managers, system administrators, and customer service representatives can sign in to and use. If your organization wants to build certain Admin and Care functions into your own administrative or customer service applications, Storefront Gateway provides the relevant APIs for direct integration.

Authorized User Access

Storefront Gateway team needs the list of persons from your organization who will serve as the Authorized User role or as your organization’s or product’s representative with Storefront Gateway. Authorized users are designated individuals who are required to approve requests to modify organization’s configurations, add or delete portal users, and modify roles. When submitting your organization and product information, include a list of authorized users by full name, along with their title, email address, and work phone number.

Product Support Email

Storefront Gateway team recommends that your organization creates one or more email address to receive notifications from Storefront Gateway production support. Notifications may include information on specific product announcements, outcomes of root cause analysis, or information concerning process delays or interruptions that have a specific impact on your operations.

Network Operating Center (NOC) Contact

Storefront Gateway team requires at least one person’s contact information, along with their email, phone, and third-party NOC contact (if applicable), be provided for the purpose of communicating mission critical information, such as network maintenance time windows, and relevant updates.

Super Admin

Storefront Gateway team requires your organization to provide at least one user to have access to the Storefront Gateway Admin console as a Super Admin. The Admin console enables your key users assigned with an administrative role to manage various aspects of the Storefront Gateway service, including:
  • Manage team members and assign roles
  • Create OIDC Clients or Relying Parties (RPs) for Single Sign-on
  • Configure Authentication settings such as password complexity rules, token formats, integrate with supported social identity providers, and set valid email or mobile formats
  • Branding options to customize the Identity App, set up email or SMS providers, and create your own notification templates
  • Security settings to modify Process logic such as enabling Multi-Factor Authentication, recaptcha, and update user lockouts as required by your organization’s needs
When submitting your organization and product information, include a list of users that require Admin console access. For each user, include their full name, along with their title, email address, and work phone number. This information enables the Storefront Gateway team to quickly provision their user accounts with administrative access.

Supported Devices

Storefront Gateway team requires you to provide the client platforms that your organization’s application(s) will support such as web browsers, iOS devices, or others.

Technical Information

Storefront Gateway team needs to know the following technical information about the application(s) your organization builds and delivers to users:
  • The operating system and version where the Storefront Gateway client code will run.
  • The programming language and version used to invoke Storefront Gateway interfaces.

Domain Name and Certificates

As a tenant on Storefront Gateway service, your organization has access through an Amdocs-provided subdomain based on the *.m1amdocs.com domain; for example orgname.m1amdocs.com. Amdocs provides secure access with enforced HTTPS access and TLS v1.2 certificates. Your organization can also include a custom domain instead of an Amdocs subdomain. However, MarketONE supports enforced HTTPS access and TLS certificates with the Amdocs subdomain. Parent topic:Onboarding and Integration Steps with Storefront Gateway
