The Digital Identity component includes APIs for user onboarding, authentication, profile management, group creation, and data privacy and consent management. You can also integrate external accounts like CSP billing or banking accounts. This ensures seamless management of user identities.
    • Universal User Interfaces: If you prefer not to build your own UIs, Storefront Gateway provides universal interfaces (the Identity app) for user management, allowing you to deploy them with minimal effort.
  2. Commerce Engine Gateway
    • Order Capture Management: Manage user orders, including purchases, upgrades, downgrades, promotions, and shopping carts. This feature ensures smooth order processing and enhances the user experience.
    • Subscription Self-Service Management: Allow users to manage their subscriptions, view billing plans, and access transaction histories. This feature supports reselling partner subscriptions and managing them individually per partner or Merchant.
    • Catalog Access Management: Present product offerings to end users with the ability to manage promotional logic, bundles, and more. This feature provides flexibility in how products are displayed and sold.

    • Comprehensive Reporting: Storefront Gateway offers business reports and user logs accessible via SFTP or user interfaces. Business reports can be used for analytics, while user logs help troubleshoot customer issues and fulfill legal requirements.
    • Real-Time and Historical Data: Access real-time data or historical reports to make informed decisions and optimize your storefront’s performance.
  4. Administration
    • Tenant Management: Configure and manage your storefront with ease using a set of user interfaces designed for storefront providers. This includes Admin consoles that allow access to your tenant’s data and configuring it based on your needs.
    • End User Management: Efficiently manage and support your end users, enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operations. This includes care consoles that allow access to end user data and allow you to perform actions on their behalf.
