MarketONE offers various features through its components (Partner Ecosystem Management, Commerce Engine, and Storefront Gateway).

Partner Ecosystem Management Features

  • Partnerships: Resellers (Service Providers) and Merchants can efficiently form partnerships to resell or integrate subscription services.
  • Agreements and settlements: After forming a partnership, a Reseller and Merchant can establish a business agreement (optionally including a settlement model).
  • Reports: Track and resolve differences in subscription data and settle payments. Get insight into subscription results. View daily reports on subscription changes, Partner subscription changes, Merchant-managed transactions, and successful and failed account validations for customer eligibility. See the last month’s report of active subscriptions and accounts with active subscriptions (by tier).
  • Platform settings: Easily configure various back-end settings for integration. Create an API key, configure SFTP settings, add a health check endpoint, add gateway adapter endpoints, register for webhook events, configure the short provisioning service, and add activation reminder schedules, among other settings.

Commerce Engine Features

  • Flexible payment structures: Configure a billing frequency and schedule to accommodate your marketing needs for one or multiple products. You can control how often to bill a customer.
  • Rate plans: Price according to metering (license quantity) with optional discounted tiers. Start customers with an inexpensive plan and upsell them as they realize the value of your offering.
  • Different customer models: Offer family plans for parents and children or standalone options. Commerce Engine gives you the ability to have multiple subscriptions per customer, and the ability to share payment methods in the family while registering the purchase owner.
  • Flexible discounts: Create promotional campaigns and discount codes that offer currency-based or percentage-based discounts according to your predefined terms. Apply discounts to one-time purchases or to a recurring subscription for a specific period.
  • Targeting and time periods: Target campaigns to specific customers. Offer limited-time deals by making campaigns time-based.

Storefront Gateway Features

  • Identity and user management: Storefront Gateway offers a range of identity management options. You can use your own identity provider (IdP) or leverage Amdocs Digital Identity. The Digital Identity component includes APIs for user onboarding, authentication, profile management, group creation, and data privacy and consent management. You can also integrate external accounts like CSP billing or banking accounts.
  • Order Capture Management: Manage user orders, including purchases, upgrades, downgrades, promotions, and shopping carts.
  • Subscription Self-Service Management: Allow users to manage their subscriptions, view billing plans, and access transaction histories.
  • Catalog Access Management: Present product offerings to end users with the ability to manage promotional logic, bundles, and more.
  • Real-Time and Historical Data: Access real-time data or historical reports to make informed decisions and optimize your storefront’s performance.
