Partner Ecosystem Management offers the following core features:
  • Platform-managed and Merchant-managed product lifecycles: Product lifecycles specifically tailored to Resellers and Merchants and their goals. In the Platform-managed product lifecycle, Resellers resell Merchant services through their own digital store. In the Merchant-managed product lifecycle, Merchants use the Reseller’s billing as a payment option.
  • Partnerships: Resellers (Service Providers) and Merchants can efficiently form partnerships to resell or integrate subscription services.
  • Agreements and settlements: After forming a partnership, a Reseller and Merchant can establish a business agreement (optionally including a settlement model). Choose from revenue share and flat fee settlement types. Quantity entitlement type is also available for flat fee settlements of licensed products.
  • Dashboard: High-level activity data and performance KPI results about agreements, partnerships, account performance, Merchant-managed subscriptions, Platform-managed subscriptions, and newly onboarded Merchants.
  • Reports: Track and resolve differences in subscription data and settle payments. Get insight into subscription results. View daily reports on subscription changes, Partner subscription changes, Merchant-managed transactions, and successful and failed account validations for customer eligibility. See last month’s report of active subscriptions and accounts with active subscriptions (by tier).
  • Platform settings: Easily configure various back-end settings for integration. Create an API key, configure SFTP settings, add a health check endpoint, add gateway adapter endpoints, register for webhook events, configure the short provisioning service, and add activation reminder schedules, among other settings.
  • Spend limit for Merchant-managed transactions: This built-in function prevents high charges from being accrued by a customer based on either fraudulent activity on their account, or through a high number of Merchant purchases.
  • External user authentication: Organizations can use their own external identity providers (IdPs) for user authentication. Users can leverage the same credentials that they already use for the external IdP.
