Branding

Branding options are available to personalize your IdP Portal and configure your Notification Services. The Identity app customization are grouped into the categories; logo, theme, policy URL supports and localization. The Notification Services allows you to integrate your provider and design your own message templates. The options to use are:

Identity app: Configure Identity app Settings to customize your portal landing page by updating the logo and make changes to your fonts, colors and layout.
Email Provider: Integrate an external SMTP mail service such as Outlook/Gmail/SendGrid or use the Storefront Gateway Email Provider. See About Service Providers for more details.
Manage Email Templates: Download templates to edit header and body message files to be used within your organization. See About Notification Service Templates and Notification Service Email Templates for more details.
SMS Provider: Integrate an external SMS server such as Twilio or use the Storefront Gateway SMS Provider (sms-to-email service). See About Service Providers for more details.
