  • Discover Merchants’ profiles
  • Discover Merchants’ products and product groups
  • Send requests to partner
  • See the status of your requests
  • View existing partnerships
  • Cancel a partnership Note: To cancel a partnership, you must cancel any active agreements and subscriptions associated with the partnership first.

Merchant Products and Product Groups

You can explore Merchant products and product groups directly from their profiles in the Discover space. After establishing partnerships with Merchants, you can:
  • Create agreements for products and use the products in your unique offers to customers
  • Tailor recurring billing plans and pricing according to the products in your external subscription management platform
  • Use products from the same product group to offer additional options to customers, such as upgrades and downgrades. For more information about using product groups across the MarketONE components, see Working with Product Groups Across the MarketONE Components.
Note: Only products from certified Merchants can be resold. Note: After a partnership is established, you can also browse a Merchant’s products and product groups in the Partnership space. Resellers (Service Providers) can augment their primary service offerings by combining them with Merchant products, creating compelling bundles that customers can’t resist. For instance, a mobile data plan could be combined with a streaming movies subscription.
