Note: This report is intended for Resellers (Service Providers) using the Platform-managed product lifecycle and Commerce Engine. Partner Ecosystem Management’s Daily Subscription Extract shows the changes made to subscriptions the previous day. Data changes for each Merchant’s product are shown. For example, changes can include subscription creations, deletions, and cancellations. The Daily Subscription Extract is your source of truth for subscription data. Use the Daily Subscription Extract report to check the accuracy of your system data. If there are any differences in subscription data, update your data to reflect what’s in the Daily Subscription Extract. Any changes that have occurred to subscriptions in the Daily Subscription Extract can happen for a variety of reasons. For example, Partner Ecosystem Management and/or the Merchant may discover and resolve differences in customer subscription data during Reconciliation. Reconciliation is a process that’s available to Merchants through Partner Ecosystem Management. Reconciliation allows Merchants to identify any subscription data in their system that differs from Partner Ecosystem Management’s data. Depending on the difference, either the Merchant or Partner Ecosystem Management can take action to resolve the issues before they become customer issues. This file is generated daily. The Daily Subscription Extract consists of the following files:
  • Subscription_Updates_yyyymmddThhmmssZ _v2.csv: A CSV file that contains subscription changes that happened the previous day. Only data from partnered organizations is included.
  • Subscription_Updates_yyyymmddThhmmssZ_v2.man: A MAN file that contains the time and date the extract began, the time and date it ended, and the number of records in the CSV file. If there are no records on a given day, the manifest file will be empty.
