Customer Validation Report

Partner Ecosystem Management’s Customer Validation Report is a summary of all successful and unsuccessful account validations for customer eligibility from the previous day. View the results of Merchants’ validation requests for particular accounts. The report is generated daily at 11:00 UTC. The report is for Resellers (Service Providers) using the Merchant-managed product lifecycle. The Customer Validation Report is a CSV file that is formatted as follows: M1_CUSTOMER_VALIDATION_REPORT_<YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS>.CSV. <YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS> represents the day and hour the report was generated.

Customer Validation Report File Fields

Field Name	Format	Description
date	Date/time in UTC time zone (MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS)	The date and time of the transaction. For example: 01/01/2021 17:36:00.
mdn	Alphanumeric string (up to 10 characters)	The MSISDN associated with the Reseller (Service Provider) account that was returned by the call to the `/account/validate` API. For example: 4626293701.
partnerCode	Alphanumeric string (up to 255 characters)	The Merchant organization code that Partner Ecosystem Management provides. For example: AmazingEntertainment.
accountid	Alphanumeric string (up to 255 characters)	The ID associated with the Reseller (Service Provider) account returned by the `/account/validate` API. For example: 38433536.
status	Alphanumeric string (up to 255 characters)	The status of the request, which can be Success or Failure. For example: Success.
error code	Alphanumeric string (up to 255 characters)	The error code Partner Ecosystem Management returned during customer validation. For example: eligibility-failed-csp.
