This flow shows how a customer can resume a paused subscription in the Reseller’s (Service Provider’s) store. The Reseller manages the rules to resume the subscription. This use case has the following steps:
  1. Request Resume Subscription
  2. Resume the Merchant Partner Subscription

1. Request Resume Subscription

The customer selects the paused subscription to resume in the Reseller’s (Service Provider’s) digital store. The customer confirms resuming the subscription. The Reseller’s (Service Provider’s) system calls the MarketONE OpenAPI to resume the entitlement by passing the partnerSubscriptionId. The MarketONE OpenAPI resumes the Partner subscription.

2. Resume the Merchant Partner Subscription

The MarketONE OpenAPI calls the Merchant to resume the Partner subscription. The Merchant resumes the existing Partner subscription and sends the response to MarketONE with the Partner subscription’s ACTIVE status. The customer subscription is resumed.
