- Create webhooks Webhooks are a way for Partner Ecosystem Management to provide your system with real-time data about Partner subscription provisioning and fulfillment events. This service is available for Platform-Managed products. See Webhooks for more details.
- Generate API keys Generating an API key for each Reseller (Service Provider) allows you to connect with Resellers through the Partner Ecosystem Management APIs. See API Keys for more details.
- Manage activation settings for products Redemption URLs allow you to provide the location for customers to activate products that have been provisioned to them. You can also inform Partner Ecosystem Management if you intend to provide redemption codes for customers and show Resellers (Service Providers) if you support pausing and resuming product entitlements. For more information, see Activation.
- Add a health check endpoint A health check endpoint allows Partner Ecosystem Management Operations to monitor the health of your integration and troubleshoot any incidents if they arise. See Health Check for more details.
- Configure your SFTP settings Configuring SFTP settings generates SFTP credentials for you and sets up a SFTP location where reports can be generated. After connecting with your credentials via a SFTP program, you can register for reports and download reports via SFTP or the UI. See SFTP Settings for more details.
- Set a Reconciliation schedule Reconciliation syncs subscription statuses between your system and the platform after differences occur. Set a Reconciliation schedule by selecting the Reseller (Service Provider) and defining when the Reconciliation report is processed. Setting a Reconciliation schedule is required when using the Platform-managed product lifecycle. See Reconciliation for more details.
